Dr. Pham and his team will provide individualized comprehensive treatment plans, combining preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry to achieve your optimal dental health. Should a dental emergency occur, we make every effort to see and care for you as soon as possible.
Our office admin is available to answer to the best of her ability any dental insurance questions that you may have. We works very hard with our patients, and their insurance providers where we are able to, to ensure that treatment costs are understood. As many insurance providers are committed to their policy holders, we have limited access to your insurance information. Because of this, we also encourage our patients to be familiar with their personal dental insurance plans, and to provide us with your dental insurance handbook, which can be accessed through your dental insurance provider.
Dr. Pham and his staff are true believers that preventive care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We strive to provide “dental health care” vs. “disease care”. That’s why Dr. Pham focuses on thorough dental exams – checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking x-rays when necessary. We also know that routine dental scaling appointments, sealants, proper brushing and flossing, and fluoride treatments are all helpful in preventing dental decay, gingivitis and periodontal disease. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, we’re also concerned about your health. Our team will routinely review your medical history with you, so that we can stay informed of your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your oral health.
Uncompromising Safety
Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and infection control practices, by following the updated standards recommended by the Alberta Dental Association (ADA).
Training & Expertise
As your dental health professionals, Dr. Pham and his team want you to be confident in knowing that we are a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians. To give you the best possible service and results, we are committed to continual education and learning. We attend dental and dental hygiene lectures, meetings, and conventions to stay informed of new techniques, the latest products, and the newest equipment that a modern dental office can utilize to provide state-of-the-art dental care. In October of 2012, Dr. Pham used the information he learned about dental equipment to your advantage; he installed a new digital Panorex machine to match the digital x-ray system that has been used at his office since 2009. Also, being members of the Alberta Dental Association, the Canadian Dental Association, the Alberta College of Registered Dental Hygienists, and the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association helps us to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession.

Our entire team is dedicated to providing you with excellent, personalized care and service to make your visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We do our best to stay on time with your scheduled appointment time, but also do not wish to rush through treatment.
